The Satoree Design Process

process

Exploring your possibilities

Initial Design Consultation – The first meeting is complimentary, and lasts about an hour. Have your ideas ready! We will measure the space, take photos, and get more familiar with your family’s lifestyle and surroundings. We will discuss what your hopes are, your style, preferences in material, timing and your budget.

Establishing your Budget – We can help establish a realistic budget for your project that meets your expectations. We can provide you with flexible options, including complete design and installation, design only, or supplying products only.

Making your design real

Designing your Project – In order to produce a proposal we must design the space. This typically includes cabinet, electrical, plumbing, and framing considerations.

Presentation – After our first visit we will schedule a presentation in our showroom where we will review and modify the design, product selections, and scope of work to be performed.

Final Plan – If you choose to have Satoree install your project, we will schedule a final site survey to confirm dimensions, scope of work, and final labor cost.

Contract Signing and Deposit – After the design, product selection, and scope of work have been determined, the final contract is produced. At this time, a deposit is collected, all product is scheduled for ordering, and your project is assigned a projected date for installation.

Starting your project

Pre-construction Meeting – Prior to the start of your remodel will meet in your home for a pre-construction meeting. At this time, job site details such as: product delivery, home access, jobsite protection, and scheduling will be discussed.

Work Begins – The length of this phase can vary depending on the size of your project. We will stop by regularly to assure all details are carried out as planned.

Project Completion – The details and remaining items will come together to complete the finished look. Job site visits and effective communication help bring the project to a close in a timely manner.

Final Jobsite Review – We will perform a walk-through to ensure that everything has turned out as planned and that you are completely satisfied with the outcome. With your permission, we will take photos of your completed project.
